Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of hosting, domain-name, technical-support, and related digital services offered through Hubero. By placing an order or using the services, you accept these terms.
1. Scope of service
The scope of a service is limited to the features stated on the order screen and in the selected plan description. Hubero may make reasonable changes to service infrastructure for technical, security, or legal reasons; if the service is materially affected, it will inform the customer to a reasonable extent.
2. Account and security
The customer is responsible for keeping account information accurate and current and for keeping passwords and access details confidential. Any suspected unauthorized use of the account must be reported without delay. To protect security, Hubero may request additional verification or impose a temporary restriction for suspicious activity.
3. Ordering, payment, and provisioning
Orders are reviewed for payment, stock, technical suitability, and required information. Orders requiring manual provisioning or domain registration may remain pending until the relevant review is complete, even if payment has been received. Prices, taxes, and payment due dates are displayed on the order or invoice screen.
4. Domain-name services
A domain search is an immediate technical check of registration status; it does not guarantee final allocation of the domain. A domain added to the cart may be registered by another person before the actual registration is completed. The rules of the relevant registrar also apply to domain registration, renewal, transfer, and contact information.
5. Acceptable use
Services must be used in accordance with applicable law, third-party rights, and general internet-security rules. Distributing malware, attempting unauthorized access, phishing, unsolicited bulk communications, content infringing copyright or personality rights, and excessive or harmful use of infrastructure are prohibited. Where a breach is suspected, Hubero may limit the service to reduce impact and will inform the customer where reasonably possible.
6. Data, backups, and technical support
The customer is responsible for keeping a current backup of their own content. Backup features stated in plans are an additional security layer; they do not provide an absolute guarantee against data loss for customer-managed applications, content, or configurations. Technical support is limited to the scope of the selected service; guidance is provided for third-party software where possible.
7. Suspension and termination
A service may be temporarily suspended or terminated in the event of late payment, a security risk, unlawful use, or breach of these terms. Where possible, the customer is informed in advance. The customer may request cancellation through the client area or support channel.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation, withdrawal, and refund requests are assessed per order, taking account of the nature of the service, performance/provisioning status, domain-registration costs, and applicable consumer law. Mandatory statutory rights are reserved. For domain registration and immediately performed digital services, third-party costs or the commencement of service use may affect refund eligibility.
9. Limitation of liability
Hubero provides services with reasonable care. However, outages or losses arising from internet infrastructure, registrars, payment institutions, third-party software, or the customer’s own configuration are outside Hubero’s control. Subject to mandatory law, no liability is accepted for indirect damages or loss of profit.
